Peoples Ltd. Announces New Board Appointment

Wyalusing, PA – Peoples Ltd. (OTC: PPLL) Anthony J. Gabello, on behalf of the Board of Directors,
is pleased to announce the appointment of Alexis N. Muench to the Board of Directors of PS Bank
and its holding company, Peoples Ltd., effective for the March 2026 board meeting.
Muench brings 18 years of enterprise level financial experience and a strong background in strategic
leadership and governance within the insurance industry. Her professional insight and commitment to
the community further supports the Bank’s mission to serve customers and strengthen the communities
we serve.
Currently, Muench serves as Chief Financial Officer at Mutual Capital Holdings, Inc. where she is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of a diversified insurance holding company with multiple subsidiary carriers, including Tuscarora Wayne Insurance Company, Keystone National Insurance Company, Lebanon Valley Insurance Company, and Illinois Casualty Company. She is also the President & CEO of Mutual Capital Services, Inc. where she is responsible for providing comprehensive back-office, financial, and operational services to mutual insurance carriers and affiliates such as statutory accounting, regulatory reporting, tax, actuarial coordination, and financial planning across multiple property and casualty insurers. Earlier in her career, she held various positions within the public accounting sector, gaining extensive experience in financial management and organizational leadership.
In May of 2025, Muench received her Doctorate of Business Administration in Business Administration & Management from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Masters of Accountancy, and a Masters of Business Administration from Bloomsburg Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds numerous insurance, risk management, and financial services credentials.
Muench currently serves on the board of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and serves as President of the Wyalusing Area Education Foundation, contributing leadership and strategic guidance to these organizations. Her dedication to community service aligns closely with the Bank’s values and long-standing commitment to local impact.
