Pride Festival

The celebration continues Saturday, June 6, with the Endless Mountains Pride Festival at Mountaineer Park (65 Thrasher Lane, Monroeton, PA). The festival runs from Noon to 8:00 PM and offers free admission to the public. To ensure the event is accessible to all, free bus transit will be provided with pickup locations in Sayre and Towanda. Mountaineer Park is located just a short drive from downtown Towanda. Festival highlights include: Entertainment: A high-energy drag show hosted by Tequila Daniels, featuring performances by Moth-er Nature, Trixy Valentine, Lorna Dune, Kandy Krush, Buffy Glimmers, and other local favorites. Live Music: Musical performances by Brian with a Uke, and Keegan West. Activities: Fun for all ages, including field games, a scavenger hunt, cornhole, and face painting. Food & Drink: A variety of local flavors featuring J&R's Kitchen, Sunrise Lunches, and Thai food truck and the Flying Taco’s mobile bar. The festival will also host an expansive marketplace of local vendors and non-profit organizations, including: Starry Night Creations, Bradford/Sullivan Suicide Task Force, Enchanted Palette, Free Mom Hugs, Creative Joy, Flying Fox Arts, Kurt's Making Whoopie, Happy Face's Face Painting, Darcy's Doodads, The Kneady Bastard, Locked In Links, Equity Barbell, Lunar Press On Nails, Keyrock Job Corps, Sayre Public Library, and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Athens and Sheshequin.
