You are invited to another chamber Lunch & Learn! This month, we welcome an intriguing virtual presentation about creativity from two Drexel University professors!
From our Presenters
"As the workforce rapidly evolves, developing creativity and entrepreneurial thinking is essential to shaping the innovation landscape over the next 25 to 40 years. This talk will emphasize creativity's pivotal role in driving adaptability and achieving business goals. Embracing creativity, adaptability, and entrepreneurship is critical to sustainability. By recognizing and leveraging our creative strengths, workplace challenges can be addressed to stay competitive in a dynamic economy. The talk also provides an introductory overview of the critical creativity skills business leaders and employees need to thrive and how strategic partnerships with educational institutions can better prepare the next generation for a changing workforce. We can build a more resilient workforce ready to meet future demands through creativity and innovation."
Attendees are asked to the following self-assessments before the talk – The RDCA (Reisman Diagnostic Creativity Assessment) and the RDMA (Reisman Diagnostic Motivation Assessment). The one link moves from one assessment to the other. Please also have a copy of their scores available during the talk.
