Bradford County families can learn how to cook low-cost, heart-healthy meals at home by attending a series of classes hosted by Penn State Extension and Farmer Fred’s. Classes will feature live cooking demonstrations and tasty recipes that participants can make easily and affordably at home. Bradford County’s 4-H program will offer simultaneous programming for youth ages 5-16 to encourage family health and wellness practices.

This program is offered free of charge, but preregistration is required by August 15, with a class maximum capacity of 25 adult participants.
