DESCRIPTION:The Bradford-Sullivan Housing Task Force\, Partners in Family and Community Development\, Allied Services and the Community Alliance Church are hosting an Open House on Thursday\, September 17\, from 9 am to 3 pm for the public to come and see the Community Cup Apartments at 421 Main Street\, Towanda\, PA 18848.\n\nThe apartments were renovated and refurbished through the auspices of a PA Housing and Rehabilitation Enhancement (PHARE) grant from the PA Housing Finance Agency.  This program is funded through the Act 13 impact fees that are collected each year from the natural gas companies.\n\nPlease save the date on your calendars!
